Product Overview
The ZL series sachet filling and sealing machine is a mature all-in-one liquid packaging equipment, designed for small and medium-sized drinking water plants, beverage workshops and food processing factories. This series adopts a unified appearance and frame design, and is available in two configurations: ZL-SF-2000 standard type and ZL-SF-3000 high-speed type, which can independently complete the whole packaging process including bag forming, quantitative filling, four-side heat sealing, date printing and finished product cutting without additional auxiliary equipment.
All parts in contact with liquid and the machine exterior are made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel, complying with food production sanitation standards. It is compatible with single-layer, double-layer and three-layer PE packaging films, and the filling volume can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 70–500ml. With long-tested stable technology, this series has passed authoritative quality appraisal, with all performance indicators reaching the advanced level of similar products.
