The ZOOLINKED BRGF series glass bottle 3-in-1 monoblock filler is a professional rotary filling system that integrates bottle rinsing, liquid filling, and screw capping into one enclosed unit. This integrated design eliminates intermediate conveying links between separate machines, significantly reduces the risk of secondary contamination, and provides a compact production footprint. Specially engineered for glass bottled beverages, this machine serves as the core filling equipment for medium and large beverage production lines of all types.

Equipment Principle

The machine operates on a rotary continuous working principle, driven by precision gear transmission and cam indexing mechanisms to achieve perfectly synchronized operation of all three stations. The entire production process is fully automated and runs as follows:

Empty glass bottles are fed into the rinsing turret via the infeed star wheel system. Specialized clamping grippers hold the bottle neck securely and rotate each bottle 180 degrees with the mouth facing downward. Sterile water under high pressure (2–3 MPa) sprays the inner wall thoroughly to remove dust, particles, and impurities. After sufficient draining time, bottles are rotated back to upright position and smoothly transferred to the filling station via the transfer star wheel.

At the filling station, precision-engineered filling valves align accurately with each bottle mouth and adopt atmospheric gravity filling technology, which is ideally suited for low-viscosity non-carbonated liquids. The filling volume is controlled by a precise liquid level principle to ensure consistent filling accuracy within ±1% tolerance and no dripping during operation.

Filled bottles are then conveyed to the capping station. The automatic cap sorter system sorts and delivers caps to each capping head, which applies precisely controlled constant torque to tighten caps onto bottle mouths for uniform and leak-proof sealing. Finished products are finally discharged to the downstream conveyor through the outfeed star wheel.
