Product Overview

The ZOOLINKED YDGF & YRGF series can filling and seaming monoblock machine is a professional rotary filling system that combines filling and sealing processes into one integrated unit. This 2-in-1 design eliminates intermediate conveying links, reduces production floor space requirements, and significantly lowers the risk of secondary contamination. The machine is available in two specialized configurations: the YDGF series for aluminum cans with isobaric filling technology suitable for carbonated beverages, and the YRGF series for tinplate cans with atmospheric gravity filling for non-carbonated hot-fill products.

Equipment Principle

The machine operates on a rotary continuous working principle, driven by precision gear transmission and cam indexing mechanisms to achieve perfectly synchronized operation of all stations. Empty cans are fed into the machine via the infeed screw and star wheel system, which accurately positions each can for transfer to the filling turret.

For the YDGF aluminum can series, isobaric filling technology is applied: the filling chamber maintains identical pressure to the inside of the can, allowing carbonated liquid to fill under constant pressure conditions that prevent CO₂ loss and foaming, ensuring stable gas content throughout production. For the YRGF tinplate can series, atmospheric gravity filling is adopted, suitable for normal or high-temperature filling of non-carbonated liquids with precise liquid level control guaranteeing consistent filling volume across all products.

After filling, cans are transferred to the seaming station via the rotary star wheel. The seaming head completes double-roll seaming to tightly seal the can body and lid, ensuring leak-proof and airtight sealing that extends product shelf life. Finished cans are finally discharged to the downstream conveyor through the outfeed star wheel.
