Developed by Zhonglian Equipment, this food-grade integrated filling equipment integrates rinsing, filling and capping processes in one unit. Built with 304 stainless steel and full PLC automatic control, it covers a capacity range of 2000–24000 BPH. Product Overview

The ZL-CGF series 3-in-1 monoblock filler is a rotary integrated core filling equipment independently developed by Zhonglian Equipment, designed in accordance with GMP production standards of the food and beverage industry and the actual production needs of enterprises of different scales. It serves as the core host equipment of bottled beverage production lines.

This series integrates three traditionally separate processes — bottle rinsing, filling and capping — into one enclosed frame. It realizes precise station connection through the star wheel indexing mechanism, eliminating intermediate conveying and transfer links. This design not only greatly reduces the overall footprint of the production line, but also shortens the exposure time of bottles and materials to the external environment, structurally reducing the risk of secondary pollution and significantly improving the hygiene and safety of the production process.

All parts in contact with materials and inner bottle walls are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror-polished surface, free of sharp edges, sanitary dead corners and liquid residue. The machine is reserved with CIP online cleaning interfaces, which can work with the cleaning system to complete cycle disinfection of all pipelines and filling valves, fully complying with food production hygiene specifications.

Equipped with industrial-grade PLC control system and color touch screen HMI, the machine has full built-in functions including production counting, variable frequency speed regulation, parameter memory, liquid level linkage, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm. Operators can visually check the running status and adjust production parameters through the interface, and can master the operation without complex training, supporting long-time unattended continuous production.

This series supports two filling processes: atmospheric gravity filling and isobaric filling. The atmospheric mode is suitable for non-carbonated products such as purified water, mineral water, juice and tea drinks, while the isobaric mode can be applied to carbonated drinks and sparkling water. It is compatible with PET round bottles, square bottles and special-shaped bottles with a volume of 200–2000ml. Format changeover can be completed only by adjusting the star wheel, guide plate and filling height, with flexible adaptation and high changeover efficiency.

There are 7 standard models in total, with a capacity range of 2000–24000 BPH. It can be matched with auxiliary equipment such as bottle unscrambler, inverted bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, labeling machine, inkjet printer and shrink wrapper to form a complete automatic bottled beverage production line. It can fully meet the production needs of small processing plants, regional beverage enterprises and large food and beverage groups.

Working Principle

The machine adopts rotary continuous working principle, and realizes synchronous and precise operation of each station through cam indexing and star wheel conveying mechanism. It automatically completes three core processes throughout the whole process:

Rinsing Station

Empty bottles are fed into the rinsing turret via the infeed star wheel. The bottle clamping manipulator holds the bottle neck and rotates it 180° with the mouth facing down to align with the rinsing nozzles. High-pressure sterile water rinses the inner wall thoroughly, drains residual water, then the bottle is rotated back and transferred to the intermediate station.

Filling Station

Rinsed bottles are transferred to the filling turret via the intermediate star wheel. Filling valves align precisely with bottle mouths. According to product properties, atmospheric gravity filling or isobaric filling is adopted. The filling volume is accurately controlled by liquid level principle, and bottles are smoothly transferred out after filling.

Capping Station

Filled bottles enter the capping station. The cap sorter automatically sorts and feeds caps. The capping head picks up the cap and completes sealing with constant torque to ensure tight and leak-free sealing. Finished products are finally discharged to the downstream process via the outfeed star wheel.

The whole machine adopts enclosed chamber with sterile protection design, and all stations are connected smoothly without jamming, realizing continuous, high-speed and standardized filling production.
