Automatic rotary bottle washing machine for 50–1000ml glass and plastic bottles at 60–200 bottles/min. Two-stage purified-water rinse and compressed-air blow-dry with food-grade stainless-steel construction for hygienic pre-fill cleaning on beverage and water lines.
The automatic rotary bottle washing machine cleans the inside and outside of cylindrical glass and plastic bottles before filling, making it an essential first step on hygienic beverage and water lines. Built for turnkey production plants across Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America, it guarantees every container is spotless before product ever touches it.
Overview
The machine uses a rotary-disc layout. Bottles arriving from the upstream feeder enter via conveyor belt and are separated one by one by a screw distributing mechanism. They then move into the infeed turntable in sequence, where a clamping mechanism grips and flips each bottle so all mouths point uniformly downward.
As the turntable carries the bottles around, they pass first through a purified-water flush and then a clean compressed-air blow to complete the wash. Finished bottles transfer to the outfeed turntable, drop onto the outlet conveyor and travel on to the next process.

Key Features
- Continuous rotary throughput – the rotary-disc structure feeds and discharges without interruption at 60 to 200 bottles per minute, ideal for medium and large lines.
- Two-stage cleaning – high-pressure purified-water rinsing plus clean compressed-air blow-drying removes dust, debris and residual moisture inside and out.
- Stable flipping – a dedicated clamp-and-flip mechanism turns every bottle mouth-down and holds it securely, even at high speed, without dropping or damaging containers.
- Broad adaptability – handles 50–1000ml glass and plastic bottles, adjusting to different diameters and heights.
- Food-grade hygiene – all parts contacting bottles or cleaning medium are food-grade stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to sanitize.
- Inline automation – connects seamlessly with upstream feeders and downstream fillers, running fully automatically to cut labor.
How It Works
Bottles enter through the inlet conveyor and are evenly singulated by the screw distribution mechanism before feeding into the infeed turntable one at a time.
The clamping mechanism grips each bottle and flips it mouth-down. As the main turntable rotates, bottles reach the purified-water station, where high-pressure water flushes both inner and outer walls to strip away dust and impurities.
After rinsing, bottles pass the air-blow station, where clean dry compressed air clears residual droplets inside and out. Finally they are flipped upright at the outfeed turntable and discharged onto the outlet conveyor, completing the automatic wash cycle.
