How It Works
Operators load empty bottles onto the rotating turntable by hand. Driven by the motor, the turntable turns at a constant speed while an adjustable guide mechanism marshals the disordered bottles into an orderly stream that exits onto the outlet conveyor and into labeling, filling or capping machines downstream.
Adjusting the guide components adapts the feeder to different bottle sizes, and changing the turntable speed tunes the feed rate to match line capacity. Positioned mid-line, it buffers the speed gap between upstream and downstream stages to keep the line balanced.
