The LS Series high-speed servo blow molding machine is a food-grade PET bottle maker built by ZL Machinery for beverage, juice and water plants. Combining servo energy savings with fully automatic operation, it forms the front end of complete turnkey beverage lines running in Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.

Overview

The whole process is driven from a human-machine interface for hands-off running – automatic preform loading, automatic blowing and automatic bottle discharge in one continuous flow.

Every pneumatic cylinder carries a magnetic induction switch, and the PLC watches each action in real time: the next motion only begins once the previous stroke reaches its set position. If a stroke falls short, the system triggers protection, halts the following steps, sounds an alarm and pinpoints the fault on the PLC screen.

An advanced servo drive and patented variable center-distance design together deliver strong output and low energy use, producing bottles with even wall thickness and clean, flawless mold lines.

How It Works

PET preforms are fed in automatically by the preform loader and enter the heating oven, where bidirectional axial heating brings them evenly to the ideal forming temperature.

The heated preforms move to the blowing station; clamping, mouth-sealing and bottom-mold mechanisms lock into place in sync, and high-pressure air inflates each preform to the cavity shape to form the bottle.

Formed bottles are demolded and discharged automatically. Independent yet cooperating heating and blowing cycles lift efficiency, while the servo drive keeps every motion accurate and repeatable for consistent quality batch after batch.
