Overview
The main body is fabricated from high-quality stainless steel, while other contact parts use non-toxic, hard-wearing materials. Electrical and pneumatic systems feature selected imported components, and the complete cycle runs under PLC control for low failure rates and dependable operation shift after shift.
Downstream integration is effortless: unscrambled bottles feed straight onto an air conveyor or chain conveyor. Both conveying modes carry a bottle-jam alarm – the machine halts automatically when triggered and resumes on its own once the blockage clears, keeping the line running with minimal supervision.
Wide compatibility and strong adaptability let a single machine handle multiple bottle types, trimming equipment investment. A bottle-dialing height-adjustment assembly makes changeover a matter of simple vertical adjustment, and an optional automatic main-unit lift can match the air-conveyor height for different bottle specifications.

How It Works
Empty bottles are lifted into the rotating turntable of the sorting head by the inclined elevator. As the turret spins, bottle-dialing and positioning mechanisms guide the jumbled bottles into a single, uniformly oriented and neatly arranged stream.
The oriented bottles pass through the outlet conveying system onto the downstream air or chain conveyor and into filling and other processes. The PLC monitors the run in real time; on detecting a jam or fault it alarms and stops, then restarts automatically once cleared – delivering truly unmanned bottle sorting.
