The magnetic stirring tank — also called a compounding, mixing or blending vessel — uses a magnetically driven agitator with no shaft penetration through the tank wall, eliminating the seal leaks and contamination risk of conventional stirrers. This makes it ideal for hygienic mixing, dissolving and blending in food, dairy, juice and beverage production.
Why a Magnetic Agitator
Because the drive is magnetically coupled, there is no mechanical seal at the mixing shaft — so there is no leakage path and no dead zone for bacteria. The result is a fully sealed, sanitary mix that protects product integrity, a key benefit for sensitive beverages and dairy formulations.

- Quick-opening manhole and sanitary insect-proof air vent hood
- CIP spray balls in various configurations
- Paddle-type agitator and anti-vortex baffle plates
- Removable inlet pipe assembly and adjustable triangular support legs
