The JG Series jacketed tank goes beyond storage — its heat-transfer jacket lets you heat, cool or hold product at a precise temperature. Available with Miller-plate, dimple or coil jackets, it serves as a batching, aging, sterilisation or temperature-controlled fermentation vessel in dairy, beverage and food plants across emerging markets.
Construction & Heat Transfer
- Material: inner tank in SUS304-2B or SUS316L stainless steel; jacket 1.5mm with insulated outer layer.
- Structure: cylindrical body with conical bottom on stable support legs; three jacket types available.
- Efficient heat exchange: a medium-diversion design prevents short-circuiting of the heating/cooling medium, improving efficiency and temperature uniformity.

- PT100 digital thermometer, CIP cleaning ball and pressure gauge
