The CG Series sanitary storage tank is a large-capacity, food-grade vessel purpose-built for packaged drinking water, juice and beverage plants. Manufactured from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with full PU foam insulation and a honeycomb cooling jacket, it keeps stored liquids at a stable, controlled temperature — a critical requirement for hygienic beverage production in the warm climates of Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America. Every tank is engineered to drop cleanly into a complete turnkey production line.
Design & Construction
- Material & thickness: SUS304-2B or SUS316L stainless steel; inner tank 3–4mm, outer shell 2mm, jacket 1.5mm.
- Tank body: cylindrical shell with a 15° conical top head and skirt-type base for structural stability.
- Thermal control: PU polyurethane foam insulation plus a honeycomb cooling jacket across body and bottom.
- Capacity range: 15,000L to 120,000L for mid-size to high-volume plants.
