How It Works
Pre-sleeved bottles ride the conveyor into the steam tunnel, where the jet system showers high-temperature steam evenly around each container. The heat-shrink film contracts smoothly and grips the bottle surface.
By adjusting conveyor speed, operators control how long bottles dwell inside the tunnel, ensuring correct shrinkage for every film and bottle type. Finished products exit the discharge end, completing the shrink cycle.
