How It Works
Products feed onto the infeed conveyor into the sealing station, where the photoelectric sensor reads position and size and the system sets the packaging length automatically.
The film mechanism delivers shrink film and perforates it automatically. The L-type blade seals and cuts the film to fully wrap the product, which then moves into the heat-shrink tunnel.
Inside the tunnel, evenly circulated hot air shrinks the film tightly onto the product. After cooling, the finished pack exits the outlet while the induction motor rewinds waste film — a continuous, automatic cycle with consistent quality.
