A skid-mounted plate pasteurizer for milk, juice, tea drinks and wine, running the 85–95℃ / 15s HTST route with high heat recovery and low energy use. Nine models from 0.5 to 20 t/h, with PLC or PID control, connect easily to separators and homogenizers in complete beverage and dairy lines.

Fresh-milk dairies, juice bottlers and craft-wine makers across Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America all need gentle heat treatment that protects heat-sensitive product. This plate pasteurizer meets that brief, heating, holding and cooling liquids such as fresh milk, juice and wine as an efficient building block of a turnkey beverage or dairy production line.

Its plate design brings high heat recovery, low energy use, a compact frame, simple operation and easy upkeep. The skid connects in-line with separators, homogenizers and flash degassers, and can even pre-sterilize raw material feeding long-shelf-life UHT milk production.

Control modes: fully automatic PLC with touch-screen display, or semi-automatic PID intelligent instrument.

Overview

The pasteurizer handles fresh milk, milk beverages, fruit juice, tea drinks, assorted wines, ice-cream mixes and similar products. With models spanning 0.5 to 20 t/h, it scales from pilot batches to full industrial throughput while holding a stable pasteurization result.

How It Works

The conveying pump pushes cold raw material into the recovery section of the plate exchanger, where it absorbs heat from the outgoing sterilized stream and preheats. It then flows to the heating section and is quickly raised to 85–95℃ by circulating hot water.

Product holds that temperature for 15 seconds in the holding tube to complete pasteurization. The hot sterilized stream then passes back through the recovery section to warm incoming feed, before the cooling section brings it to the target outlet temperature – all within a sealed, contamination-free pipeline.

5℃ → 65℃ (homogenization) → 85~95℃ (15s holding) → 5℃
