Non-contact air knife dryer that blows bottles clean and dry at 4000–6000 bottles per hour, ideal for glass, ceramic and PET containers ahead of labeling or coding on medium and high-speed beverage and wine lines.
The Zhonglian air knife bottle dryer strips water from bottle surfaces without touching them, preparing containers for flawless labeling and coding. Engineered for medium and high-speed lines, it is a dependable, low-maintenance choice for beverage, water and wine producers in Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America building complete turnkey plants.
Overview
Advanced air-knife technology delivers stable, low-temperature drying with full-view observation windows, making it a natural fit for fast-moving production lines.
Air knives adjust up, down, left and right so the drying zone can be shaped to each product, and the air-outlet size can be tuned to production output — simple and flexible in daily use.
The dryer handles a wide bottle range. Because drying is non-contact, it avoids the dust contamination of brush-roller dryers and needs almost no maintenance. It clears water beautifully from glass and performs even better on ceramic bottles, all at low energy cost — a favourite on wine packaging lines.
Key Features
- Efficient air-knife drying — stable, low-temperature airflow with full-view windows gives thorough, uniform results for medium and high-speed lines.
- Multi-directional adjustment — knives move in all four directions and outlet size is tunable, so coverage matches the product and output.
- Wide compatibility, no secondary pollution — suits round and special-shaped bottles across a broad height range; non-contact drying keeps dust out and stays maintenance-free.
- Low energy use, durable build — economical to run, with a rigorous stainless-steel structure for long service life and low upkeep.
How It Works
Bottles travel by conveyor into the drying chamber, where several high-pressure air knives blast high-speed air from multiple angles to sweep droplets and residual moisture off the outer surface.
Low-temperature airflow protects products and labels from heat damage. Knife angle and outlet size adapt to bottle shape and throughput for complete coverage. Dried bottles then feed straight into labeling, coding and other downstream steps.
