Overview
At the core of the unit are high-purity titanium powder elements sintered into porous rods, held inside a food-grade stainless steel vessel that sits on a tilting support frame. A quick-release clamp lid plus the flip-open frame mean an operator can expose the elements in seconds for cleaning, regeneration or a full swap, without wrestling the housing off its base.
Because the titanium matrix keeps an even pore size and high mechanical strength, performance does not drift as the elements age. Backwashing, ultrasonic or chemical cleaning restores flow, so the same elements stay in service far longer than disposable cartridges – a real saving on long production runs.

How It Works
Feed liquid enters the vessel and is pushed through each titanium rod from the outside inward. Particles, haze, carbon dust and other solids lodge on and within the porous wall, while polished, clarified filtrate leaves through the outlet.
Once accumulated solids raise the pressure drop, the elements are regenerated by backwash, ultrasonic or chemical cleaning and returned to duty. The tilt-open housing makes that strip-down and reassembly fast.
