This ink-based small-character printer codes without touching the product and runs a range of continuous inkjet inks. It prints on virtually any substrate and handles flat and curved surfaces with equal ease.

How It Works

The printer uses continuous inkjet (CIJ) technology: pressurized ink is ejected from the nozzle as a continuous stream, broken by high-frequency vibration into uniform droplets, each charged according to the coding content.

Passing through a high-voltage deflection field, charged droplets fly at set angles onto the moving product to form characters, numbers or patterns, while uncharged droplets are recycled. The non-contact process suits fast online lines.
