Six protection systems — leakage, water-shortage, grounding, steam-overpressure, overcurrent and power-supply protection — safeguard both operators and equipment throughout every shift.
One-key start/stop puts the unit into fully automatic mode after power-up. When the boiler water level drops, the controller automatically runs the feed pump to top up from the tank, giving unattended, continuous steam.
For efficient energy use, total heating power is split into stages that the controller cycles on and off. Operators simply select the power they need via the relevant breakers or switches, and the staged switching softens the load on the grid.

Six-Fold Safety Protection
- Leakage protection: the earth-leakage breaker cuts power the instant leakage is detected.
- Water-shortage protection: heating is disabled and an alarm lit if water runs low, preventing dry-burning.
- Grounding protection: leakage current is routed safely to earth; grounding resistance stays within 4Ω via reliable buried electrodes.
- Steam-overpressure protection: the safety valve vents automatically once pressure exceeds the preset ceiling.
- Overcurrent protection: the breaker trips under overload or over-voltage conditions.
- Power-supply protection: electronic monitoring cuts power on over-voltage, under-voltage or phase failure.
Automatic, Operator-Friendly Control

- Auto water replenishment: the feed pump refills the boiler from the tank whenever the level falls, keeping steam output steady.
Energy-Saving Staged Heating
Heating power is divided into stages cycled by the controller, so operators dial in only the power they need. The staged switching curbs grid impact and keeps electricity use efficient and reasonable.
How It Works
Once powered and started, the electric heating tubes boil the water inside the vessel to raise saturated steam while the controller watches level and pressure in real time.
As the level drops, the feed pump automatically draws water from the tank. When pressure hits the upper set point, heating tubes switch off in stages; when it falls below the lower threshold, they re-engage in sequence.
All safety systems run in parallel. On any fault — low water, overpressure, leakage or overcurrent — the generator triggers the matching protection and alarm at once, keeping long-term operation safe and stable.
