The ZL-LB200 double-side self-adhesive labeling machine applies labels to both sides of a bottle in a single pass. Driven by a professional servo system, it delivers precise, stable positioning on round, square and irregular-shaped glass and plastic bottles, and integrates seamlessly into automated packaged water and beverage lines.

How It Works
Bottles are conveyed in at constant speed; on detection by the photoelectric sensor, labels are applied simultaneously to two designated positions on both sides of the bottle. The servo-driven rotation and rolling mechanism smooth the labels on wrinkle-free, with fully automatic, continuously adjustable operation.
