The ZL-DB100 single-side self-adhesive labeling machine is an upgraded, multi-functional labeler for round glass and plastic bottles. Engineered for packaged water, beverage, pharmaceutical and daily-chemical lines, it delivers high positioning accuracy and stable, continuous output that integrates easily into an automated bottling line.

How It Works
Bottles are fed in at constant speed; when the photoelectric sensor detects a bottle, the label is dispensed and precisely applied to the target position. As the bottle rotates against the rolling mechanism the label is smoothed on wrinkle-free, with the whole process running fully automatically at an adjustable speed.
