🔬 Step-by-Step Mineral/Purified Water Process Flow

  • Raw Water Intake → Multi-Media Pre-Filtration (Quartz Sand + Activated Carbon)
    Purpose: Removes suspended solids, sediment, chlorine, odors, and organic compounds.
    Equipment: Sand-carbon filter system, dosing unit (anti-scalant + dechlorination)
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Purification System
    Purpose: The core purification stage. Multi-stage RO membranes remove 99%+ of dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and impurities.
    Equipment: High-pressure pump, RO membrane housings (2-4 stages), pre/post-filters, CIP cleaning system
    Output: Ultra-pure water meeting WHO/GB drinking water standards
  • Mineral Addition System (For Mineral Water Only)
    Purpose: Adds back beneficial trace minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium) in controlled ratios.
    Equipment: Mineral dosing tank, dynamic mixing chamber, precision metering pumps
    Note: Not needed for purified water production.
  • Ozone Sterilization & Storage
    Purpose: Final disinfection before entering the filling section. Maintains sterile conditions.
    Equipment: Ozone generator, ozone-contact reactor, pure water storage tank (SS304/SS316), UV sterilizer
  • Quality Testing Laboratory
    Purpose: In-line and batch quality monitoring for pH, TDS, turbidity, residual ozone, microbial counts.
    Equipment: Online water quality analyzers, sample collection stations

Drinking Water Purification Process

From Raw Water to Bottled Pure Water — Standardized Process Ensures Safe & Stable Water Quality

Step 1: Pre-Treatment

Removes sediment, rust, chlorine and calcium/magnesium ions from raw water, reducing turbidity and hardness. It provides qualified feed water for the RO system, protecting the core membrane elements and extending equipment life.

Step 2: RO Reverse Osmosis

Using high-pressure driven semi-permeable membrane separation technology, it removes over 98% of dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses and organic matter, producing high-purity water that meets international drinking water standards for all types of bottled and barreled water production.

Step 3 Post-Treatment

Dual UV + ozone disinfection eliminates microbial contamination and improves taste. Final precision filtration ensures sterile delivery to the filling process for safe bottling and sealing.
