Product Overview
The ZOOLINKED sanitary duplex basket filter consists of two identical stainless steel filter housings connected in parallel, equipped with 3-way switching valves on both inlet and outlet sides. During operation, one filter housing is in working state while the other serves as a standby unit. When the filter element gets clogged and needs cleaning or replacement, the operator simply switches the valve to divert flow to the standby housing so production continues without interruption.
The whole machine adopts food-grade stainless steel material with smooth internal and external surfaces. The quick-opening lid with lifting ring design enables fast opening and closing, greatly simplifying filter element replacement and internal cleaning. It can be equipped with filter baskets, filter bags or filter screens of different precision to meet various process requirements.
